1. Where do I find my certificate?
You can find your certificate by signing into your account and clicking the certificate tab. Certificates will be available indefinitely. Certificates need to be downloaded to a laptop/desktop. If you are using an Ipad or mobile device and do not have access to a laptop/desktop please contact us and we will email you a copy of your certificate.
2. How can I change my name on my certificate?
Sign into your account and you are able to change your name in the settings tab. If you need to change your BACB certification number please email us and we will assist you ASAP.
3. I accidentally entered my BACB certification number incorrectly, what should I do?
Contact us via email and we will get it corrected for you. This is a safety measure to ensure certificates are provided accurately.
4. What happens if I don't pass a quiz?
You can take the quiz as many times as you need to pass by clicking retake quiz. You do not need to resign up or pay again for the course. If you are having issues retaking the quiz please contact us and we will assist you in restarting the quiz.
5. Can I sign up for courses and take the quizzes later?
Yes, once you sign up and pay for a course you have unlimited access to it and will be able to complete the quiz at your own speed.
6. I am interested in a topic in behavior analysis that you don't offer courses currently, what should I do?
Please email us with the topic of your choice and we will work quickly to provide you with new courses on that topic!
